Depends what's crawling round your kitchen, honestly. A straightforward job starts around £75+VAT. Wasp nests usually land between £75 and £200. Rats and mice tend to run £75 to £200, more if it's a bigger property or takes a couple of visits to sort properly. Commercial jobs get quoted separately once we know the site.
A one off sorts what's actually there right now. A contract, usually quarterly, catches things before they get that far, which is why most restaurants and landlords go that route rather than waiting for the next emergency.
Yes. Food hygiene rules require it, and most places set up a quarterly contract specifically so there's a paper trail ready for when environmental health turns up.
Quarterly's the norm. Sites with a rougher history sometimes go monthly instead.
Bait stations. Locked plastic boxes with rodenticide inside, positioned along the routes rats and mice actually use. The lock keeps children, pets and anything else out.
